hope someone can tell me how the side walls are constructed. I'm trying to restore one back to it's glory.

Hey Part - Time

Not much info specific to an 86 Cruise Air that I can find. If you're recovering or replacing your walls, then you'll probably get a good look at how they're put together at some point. I did a google search for "Motor home side wall construction", and found several youtubes and general information sites that give some good info on present day construction, which should be adaptable to your 86 frame. Don't know if they were using metal studs back then, but it would would make sense weight-wise, and should be easy to attach to any frame.
Let us know how you're progressing.

John
