I have 1999 Cruise Master. I put my foot through the roof vent to my Kool O Matic vent. They are out of business since 2006 had parts up to 2012. So I have to repair the roof vent. It looks like a small air conditioner top. Unit roughly 30" by 18" I have about an 8" hole. I am think of fiber glassing it. Any words of wisdom on doing this? Any and all would help. Not sure if it will bond but I think this is my only option. This is a power vent

If it isn't in an area where neatness counts... Just google repairing hard plastic with fiberglass. I did just to see if the bond would work and the first one said "ugly and functional."

Have you checked with any of the RV salvage places? They may have one in decent shape.

This place is in Joplin, Mo. and they have acres of RVs to scavenge from.

They've helped us out several times.
