I own a 1996 Pursuit on a Chevrolet chassis.
Hooked up my batteries after a long storage(may have hooked them up wrong). Turned the key to start it and I heard a "thump' from under the dash area or under the floor. Now I have NO power at all, lights, gauges, fans...nothing on the chassis circuits. House power is normal, everything works fine.
In the owners manual, it says there is a fuse panel under the dash next to the steering column. Not there that I could find. It is under the hood on the fire wall.
Where would the chassis power switch be located? Have looked everywhere for a circuit breaker or reset switch, and except for the house power panel, couldn't find one anywhere under the dash or under the hood, under the body around the chassis,or in any of the electrical panels located there.
